First established in 1980, L.E.A.D. (www.i-lead.ca) is now part of a diverse group of companies created and managed by DBLD Ventures, Inc. Dino – our founder and director - graduated from UBC (B.Ed) in 1980 and completed his M.A. in Leadership in 1991 at San Diego State University. He is also a graduate of the highly acclaimed Dale Carnagie Business & Leadership program. The hallmark of all of Dino’s enterprises is quality service. Without quality service, there is no repeat business; without repeat business, there is no business! And we keep it simple… we hire and keep quality people!
